Properties are located in the northern Perth suburbs of Joondalup, Quinns Rocks, Butler, Mindarie, Mallaloo, Clarkson, Jindalee and Ocean Reef.

They are all fully furnished and self-contained properties, with towels and linen provided. Most of them have WIFI available. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra charge. Best of all, the properties start from just $128 a night.

Perth's northern beaches are the perfect location for families on holiday in Perth. It is just a 35 minute train ride into the Perth CBD from Clarkson train station. Once in the CBD, you can catch a ferry across the river to visit the Perth Zoo.

All properties are also within a 20 minute drive from Hillarys Boat Harbour, which has a safe swimming beach for young children, a playground and a number of eateries. It is also home to The Aquarium of Western Australia (AQWA) and the Great Escape fun park. Families can also take a day trip to Rottnest Island, which also leaves from Hillarys.
