Anderl's Beach Cottage, Beachport, is a quintessential beach house. There's plenty of space for the kids to kick a ball and dad to park his boat, but with modern comforts that ensures mum has a holiday too.

Beachport is a quiet beachside town located on the beautiful Limestone Coast, a great family friendly holiday destination, about 380km from Adelaide and 555km from Melbourne. It is home to South Australia's second longest jetty.

Anderl's Beach Cottage can sleep up to 6, with the master and second bedrooms featuring Queen beds, and the third bedroom with a single bed and pull-out mattress.

The modern kitchen/dining has a free standing breakfast bar, double sink, stainless steel appliances (electric fan-forced oven, electric cook top and microwave), as well as a fridge and freezer.

There is plenty of pantry space where you will find all you need for a family holiday, including Tupperware, salad bowls, even cake trays. We also have a coffee grinder and dripolator coffee machine.

There are many little extras to help make for a smoother start to your self-contained holiday, including foil, glad wrap and rubbish bags. Starter toiletries, including locally-made soap, are also provided.

The living room has two comfortable couches and a reverse cycle spilt system. The bathroom has a corner 2 person spa with an overhead shower. There is also a separate laundry with both a washing machine & dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside, there is a rear deck, perfect for alfresco dining, with an outdoor setting for 6 and a BBQ. There is also a lockable shed to safely store your boat and fishing and beach gear.

And with just over one acre of gardens and lawn - and a cubby house too - you can sit back and watch your kids be kids, while you sip on a glass of local Coonawarra wine.

Anderl's Beach Cottage is within walking distance to local cafes, hotels and shops and both the front beach and back beach. It is also perfectly located for day trips to the Coonawarra and other Limestone Coast natural and historic attractions.
